Wednesday 27th May, 7:30 – 9am: The Morning Reset withmimi
In fast-paced, high-demand environments, it’s easy to become disconnected from the body — moving on autopilot, holding tension without realising, and rarely giving the nervous system space to slow down.
Reconnect & Reset is a guided morning session designed to bring you back into that connection. Led by Yasmin, founder of withmimi, the session combines slow, intentional movement, breathwork and gentle restoration to release tension, regulate the nervous system, and support a more grounded, steady state for the day ahead.
Expect a calm, considered flow focused on awareness, presence, and reconnecting with the body — leaving you feeling more centred before moving into your day. Followed by refreshments and time to connect. Open to all levels, no prior experience needed.
