Membership at Shoreditch Arts Club is for those who prepared to have their senses enlivened and cultural experiences expanded.
A private layer of London where creatives, founders, and cultural operators connect through co-designed experiences. Membership is considered and selective. We look for individuals who add as much as they can take from the space: new ideas, inspiration, and connections.
What it entails
A calendar of curated events
Showcases, live creation, performances, conversations and more unfold in genre-bending events amongst immersive projection screens. As a member, you receive priority, free & discounted access to all programming events across our calendar.
An intentional creative network
The people who gather at Shoreditch Arts Club are invited artists, gallerists, curators, designers, and individuals actively contributing to the creative and cultural scene. We create opportunities for members to expand their connections and get to know the right people.
The ability to contribute
This is a space for participation and collaboration, and your membership contributes directly to supporting our programme of unique, multidisciplinary events. Share your opinions with us and help us shape the Club as we continue to grow our community.
Access to the Club for your own moments
Host your own events within our unique setting. Curators and Patrons enjoy exclusive offers to co-design events within the space. Project launches, screenings, artist talks. Your ideas meet our team’s expertise, bringing your ideas to life in an exciting way.
Get your own networks involved
Invite up to three guests to experience these events with you: friends, colleagues or fellow collaborators who are ready to have their cultural experiences expanded.
Our ethos
The Club celebrates the East End’s defiant energy and rich cultural heritage. Membership comes with a shared understanding of how we show up for each other and the work that we care about.
Be authentic and enjoy yourself
The Club is a mere reflection of the cultural melting pot that is London, and we encourage you to come as you are. We want you to get to know your fellow community members and the best way to do that is to enjoy and be yourself.
Make meaningful connections
Collecting contacts may be currency to some – but at Shoreditch Arts Club, we are focussed on cultivating an environment where real conversations are had, that lead to real relationships and to a fruition of shared ideas and creative collaborations.
Remain respectful and responsible
Of the space, the people, the works, and the ideas that are shared. We expect members to approach creative contributions with informed opinions and respect. We do not tolerate any form of hateful speech or abuse.
Stay culturally aware
Shoreditch Arts Club is inherently shaped by culture. Be curious, open, and conscious of the world beyond your own perspective.
The Artist
£350 billed annually / £95 billed quarterly
For practising artists and creative practitioners.
This tier is reserved for practising artists and creatives actively producing work and contributing to culture
through their craft. Artist members:
• Enjoy priority, free and discounted access to the cultural events in our programme
• Can bring up to three guests to selected events
• Access to the space in the daytime to connect with our community of artists, curators & patrons
The Curator
£750 billed annually
For those shaping the room.
Curators sit at the centre of Shoreditch Arts Club, supporting artists projects and careers with priority access to all programming and regular
placement within our more intimate formats. This is where relationships are built, ideas are
exchanged, and the network becomes tangible. In addition to all of The Artist's benefits, Curators also:
• Enjoy waived venue hire for their first cultural event co-creation, renewing annually
• Have early insights into works in progress and curatorial decisions at the Club
• Are invited to exclusive-access events, in addition to their priority access for our regular programming
• Are encouraged to bring your own networks into the mix
The Patron
£5,000 billed annually
For those who want to support and access our ecosystem.
Patrons have full access to Shoreditch Arts Club and play a key role in enabling our club and cultural programme and influence to grow. This includes:
• Invitation for the patron to hold two events at Shoreditch Arts Club per year
• Priority access to the most in-demand events, & guaranteed space at key moments (when others are waitlisted)
• Exclusive, tailored invitations to specially curated events for patrons of the arts.
Some choose to host or contribute more actively, while others simply value proximity to the room and the people within it. Both are equally welcome.
Your support will be acknowledged on our website, across our events and activations, and within the circles of Directors, Curators and Artists.
Group Membership
(Available to any group of 3 or more from the same organisation.)
Designed for those working collectively, not individually. We offer a small number of group memberships each year, shaped around the practices of curators, artists, and cultural studios. Rather than a fixed tier, this is a considered collaboration.
We look at what you are building, how you work, and where we can meaningfully support or extend it. For some, this means a platform to programme. For others, a room to gather, test, and develop ideas. Access is by request.
