Wednesday 17th April, 7 – 9pm: Site & Sound 02 – Subterranean

Site & Sound is an event series that will explore the relationship between architecture and film. Each session will feature curated clips and short films around a chosen theme, inviting discussion around particular elements of representation and the different techniques employed by filmmakers. The exploration for physical space and visual representation is far too broad for a single event, so the organisers will take a piecemeal approach to this rich and fascinating aspect of the film production. Themes will examine a multitude of perspectives on architecture, ranging from varying building types to their individual component parts and how these are interpreted by the viewer as they see the world through the lens of the built environment.

The event is curated by Alpa Depani who will be joined by Anmol Ahuja and Rob Fiehn to discuss the relationship between architecture and film.
