Wednesday 24th May 7:30pm – 9:30pm: Wine Pairing Dinner
By collaborating with sustainable and innovative winemakers we will offer monthly three course dining experiences with a wine pairing for each course, selected and presented by one of our chosen wine partners.
Following the sell-out success of our first wine pairing dinner, the second event in this series will be hosted with Bodega Monteviejo.
Bodega Monteviejo is an Argentinean winemaker owned and run by the Péré-Vergé Family, located at the foot of the Andes Mountains, in the heart of the Uco Valley, one of the main wine producing areas of Argentina.
The family also own various other Châteaux in Pomerol, the Château Montviel, Château La Gavière and the world famous Château La Violette.
The wines made at this very special property in Argentina are treated with the same commitment and care as those produced back home in Bordeaux. The vineyards, over 100 hectares, are located in the Tunuyan region, just 80km south of the city of Mendoza. Their aim is to create wines that can compete with the world’s best. The yields are kept low, with vines planted at a density of 5,500.
