Spring is well underway and with the changing temperatures new flavours are brought to the table. This will include ingredients that are in their prime in April , such as shoots, sprouts, and blossoms which inform creative dishes and drinks. Celebrating the warmer weather seasonal produce from local farms and gardens will update our evolving menu. If you’re a foodie you might want to consider planning a lunch or dinner during the Week 14 of 2023 at Shoreditch Arts Club.
