Future: Social

Monday 11th May, 7 — 8pm: Future: Social

Future: Social is a new monthly gathering at Shoreditch Arts Club bringing together a small group of thinkers and practitioners around one question. In our first session: what does it actually mean to design for meaningful human connection?

We know that the quality of our relationships is one of the most powerful factors in how long and how well we live. And yet the spaces we inhabit are rarely designed with that in mind.

Joining curator Claire Warner, positive drinking pioneer and social health advocate, are Buckley Gray Yeoman, the architects behind Shoreditch Arts Club, who spend their days designing spaces to make you feel good, and interior designer Rhian Pownceby who uses design to unlock wellbeing. Three unique perspectives on space, and why what happens within it matters more than we think.

Expect a proper conversation, a good drink, and a room full of people you'll want to keep talking to long after. Drinks included sponsored by Tequila Ocho.

Members have access to all events in our programme.
