Friday 18th August, 6:30 – 7:30pm: Cocktails Masterclass with the Bar Team
Dip into the art of mixology with a lively Cocktails Masterclass led by our award-winning bar team. Sip along and study the techniques involved in creating classic cocktails like the martini, sours, and collins while chatting to and meeting fellow members and guests. Attendees are encouraged to get creative with these classics, having a variety of scents, seasonal fruits and natural garnishes to imagine your own twist.
