Friday 27th September, 7 – 11pm: BRACIA AND FRIENDS: EIGHT HANDS
For the fourth edition of BRACIA AND FRIENDS they are back with a double bill featuring chef Jenny Lau and Tintin Johnsson, who run a food project Swilipino - combining Swedish and Filipino cuisines.
Tintin is a chef currently based in London who mostly cooks Filipino inspired food through the lens of her dual heritage as a Swedish Filipino. Jenny Lau is a writer and community chef. She has twice been listed as one of Code Hospitality’s 100 Most Influential Women in Hospitality. Her debut non-fiction book An A-Z Of Chinese Food (Recipes Not Included) comes out in January 2025.
Kitchen closes 10pm, but stay for a drink at the bar!
